Eligibility:

• The contest is open to legal residents of Brooklyn, Manhattan, Bronx, Queens, Staten Island, and Long Island, NY, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

• Employees of Quix Plumbing Service, their family members, and anyone else connected with the contest are not eligible to enter.

 

Contest Period:

• The contest begins on August 1, 2024, and ends on August 31, 2024, at 11:59 PM EST. Entries submitted after the end date will not be accepted.

 

How to Enter:

• Participants can enter by filling out the form on the contest webpage.

• Additional entries can be earned by following Quix Plumbing Service on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.

• Each action will count as one entry, with a maximum of five entries per participant.

 

Prize:

• One (1) winner will receive a SimPure T1 6-Stage Under Sink Reverse Osmosis Alkaline Water Filtration System with Remineralization.

• The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

• Quix Plumbing Service reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without notice.

• The prize includes installation with content capture.

 

Winner Selection and Notification:

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the contest period.

• The winner will be notified via email within 7 days after the contest end date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, Quix Plumbing Service reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.

 

Publicity:

• By entering the contest, participants agree to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

 

Data Privacy:

• Any personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of the contest and will not be shared with third parties without the participant’s consent, in accordance with Quix Plumbing Service’s privacy policy.

 

General Conditions:

• Quix Plumbing Service reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if any technical failure or any other factor beyond Quix Plumbing Service’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the contest.

• Quix Plumbing Service is not responsible for any entries that are lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete, or for any computer, online, software, or technical malfunctions that may occur.

 

Governing Law:

• This contest is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles, and participants agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New York for any disputes arising out of or relating to the contest.
